Sani is the second major character the protagonist encounters in Overtime. He's a Medic for Blu. He saves the protagonist's life when he finds her in his garden and guides her through the Old Hospital.

Appearance[]
All parts of Sani's clothes are some shade of blue, except his belt and his boots, which are brown. His sprite is a combination of the character designs of the Medic from Team Fortress 2 and Toriel from Undertale.
Personality[]
Sani is a kind medic. He is highly intelligent, being the creator of both the Medigun and of a SOUL.
Main Story[]
Sani was a medic for Blu. When Misha worked for Blu they were best friends, but Redmond Mann paid more money and Misha began to work for Red, after this Sani went to the Old Hospital.
After some time, a sick family visited Sani. He tried his best to help, but the family died. He buried their bodies under golden flowers. Sani wanted to heal others so he made a Medigun, but it did not help.

Relationships[]
The Protagonist[]
Sani cares for his patients, and the protagonist is no exception. He tries to keep the protagonist in the Old Hospital to aid his loneliness. If the protagonist attempts to hire him, he lets her leave the Old Hospital, giving her a Badkit and telling her to not come back.
Trivia[]
- Sani's character differs from Medic's character from Team Fortress. Eli's character is much closer to Medic's.
- When using the codename "Sani" or "Medic" the response is: "A flattering choice. Danke.".
- Sani tried to fix protagonist's phone, but he could only do it partially, making it so that she can only get phonecalls.
- Sani's full name, SANI TATER, is an anagram of the word TEARSTAIN.
- Sanitäter is also the German word for Paramedic, alluding to the fact that every now and then speaks German ("Danke", "Ach du meine" or" Auf Wiedersehen")
- Their attacks are different from Misha's. Given the fact that they weren't the same, or used to be together.
